How should I prepare my home or office before you arrive?
Please pick up personal items from floors and clear off counters, desks, and other surfaces you want cleaned. This lets us dust, wipe, and sanitize every area thoroughly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
